I TOLD YOU SO!
O.K. fine………a lot of people told you so way before I did; nevertheless……..he is going to run! If Mitt can’t win because he’s a Mormon (which would be a crime); then at least we finally have another true conservative (1st tier candidate) to get behind! I have attached a link that discusses his more-than-likely candidacy.
He is going to have to get serious about raising some money if he even wants to have a chance in 2008.

Mitt is still the Man! He is now the clear front runner in several state polls; including, Iowa and New Hampshire. Here we have a man who is courageous, brilliant, honest, and has remained unyieldingly positive……despite the constant attacks on his religiosity and his personal life. He is a scandal-free, well spoken, true conservative that would make for a historical President (In more ways than one). Romney also is going to raise more money than any other candidate in history during the run up to this election. Simply put…..he is going to be a marketing titan in this election, and PROBABLY WILL GET THE NOMINATION!
Adversity…..Ha! Mitt was recently ambushed on “60 Minutes” by Mike Wallace. Mr. Wallace somehow worked in the question, “Did you have premarital sex?” Can you imagine any Democrat being asked that on national TV? Can you imagine if Mike Wallace would have asked that question to Bill Clinton? This is full out assault on this mans character, and unbelievably out of line. The amazing thing about the encounter was Mitt’s response. He simply chuckled to himself and said, “I don’t usually talk about those kinds of things….they’re private, but “NO”….. Wow…..this is a man that walks the walk, talks the talk, and stands for decency in America. He has been married for 38 years, and actually has integrity….. (Are you listening Clinton?)
Here is an interesting article by Michael Medved titled, “Should Mormonism disqualify a candidate”. Take a read; it’s quite interesting, and I think it does a nice job of showing just how ridiculous the Mormon bigotry is in this country. I think that it is fairly obvious were I stand on this issue.
I ask you all to remember something……… There was once a time (Not so long ago)… when the large majority of U.S. citizens thought we would never elect a Catholic President…….well…….we did!
